Janice Levett

With a previous career taking her from HR through to Sales and Marketing, Janice believes that she achieved success through a combination of talent, opportunity and the guidance of some great managers. 

Recognised as an eminent business coach and personal mentor, she stands by two key beliefs - that the major role of any manager is to identify talent and develop people to their maximum personal potential and that individuals owe it to themselves to seek fulfilment throughout their lives.

 high10 Coaching was set up in 2002.  Between them, Christine and Janice have a wealth of experience in HR, Sales, Marketing and general management. During their early days in HR they both learned the value of having highly motivated staff and the importance of caring about and developing individuals whilst working hard to build up a cohesive team. This basic principle stayed with them regardless of their changing roles and was the founding principle for high10 Coaching.

Two years down the line and as a result of being unable to find suitable motivational accessories for their own clients, high10 Accessories was born! The online shop now  sells motivational items for coaches, trainers and HR managers to use with their clients and employees.  A third element -  high10 Talking - has also been added to the business. Aimed at sales teams, business networks and professional groups high10 Talking  provides  speakers who deliver entertaining and thought-provoking presentations and workshops on a wide range of motivational topics.
